These terms apply to use of this website and, where relevant, to commercial meat processing, packing, wholesale meat sales, beef, pork, veal, lamb, and specialty meat products, custom cutting, portioning, bulk order preparation, and fresh and frozen meat distribution provided by Thompson Packers, Inc. Provisions apply only where relevant to the specific quote, commercial order, custom processing request, or written agreement.

Website Information and Specifications

Website product descriptions provide general information. Actual product specifications, cutting requirements, packaging details, availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery arrangements must be confirmed through applicable quotations, orders, or written agreements.

Inquiries, Quotes, and Estimates

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not create an order and does not confirm availability, pricing, or acceptance. Quotes and estimates are subject to confirmation and may change until confirmed in writing.

Customer-Provided Instructions

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of cutting instructions, portioning, and packaging requirements they provide. Custom-prepared products are prepared to confirmed requirements.

Purchase Orders, Payment, and Deposits

Commercial purchase orders apply where applicable. Payment is by invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits or advance payments apply only where stated in the applicable quote, order, or agreement; not every transaction requires one. Minimum quantities, recurring purchasing, or specific delivery arrangements apply only if stated in writing.

Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the applicable order or agreement, taking into account that custom-prepared and perishable products may already be in preparation.

Availability, Scheduling, and Pricing

Product availability, pricing, and preparation schedules are confirmed per quote or order and are not guaranteed by website content.

Delivery and Distribution

Delivery and distribution arrangements apply where applicable and are as confirmed in the quote, order, or written agreement.

Receiving and Inspection

Customers should inspect products upon receipt and promptly notify us of any concern in accordance with the applicable order or agreement.

Handling and Storage After Delivery

After receiving products, customers are responsible for following applicable food-handling, refrigeration, freezing, and storage requirements, as relevant.

Returns and Claims

Returns or claims for perishable products, where applicable, are handled as set out in the applicable order or written agreement.

Warranties

No warranties are made except those expressly provided in writing. Nothing on this website represents a specific inspection, certification, or approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thompson Packers, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from products and services, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
